PROFILE:

NHDC is a non-profit homeownership center that has been in existence since 1982. The organization's goal is to promote and provide decent and affordable housing for low-to-moderate income residents of North Central Florida.

NHDC is comprised of a team of six full-time professionals and a volunteer Board of Directors. The Board membership includes community residents and leaders of social service organizations, banking, education, and other professions.

NHDC is an affiliate member of the Neighborhood Reinvestment Corporation-NeighborWorks. network. NRC is a congressionally chartered non-profit organization based in Washington, DC.
